Nicosia Central Park Residences

We had a really comfortable stay in Nicosia next to Cyprus as well as the center. It was comfortable and perfect in the centre of town.

Elegant atmosphere, amicable staff, new facilities. The location was stunning less than a 10-minute stroll away from an art museum.

extremely comfy bed with feather pillows. private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dryer, and soft bathrobes. particularly good, amazing setting really close to an excellent establishment, the center, and cyprus for a conference.

My recent stay at Central Park Residences was wonderful. The modern and spacious apartment was equipped with everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. The daily cleaning services were a real treat, and the beautiful city and mountain views from the apartment were a sight to behold. The staff was polite and helpful, and I even had the option to store my luggage after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Nicosia.

on windy days, the noise could get a bit loud.

Rooms were reasonably large and modern with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed. They provided a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the kitchen. Staff were efficient, they treated me like family.

There were spacious and new-fashioned rooms, a safe, central heating, and an iron. It was particularly good close to the old town. The staff members were accommodating.

Spacious living room/kitchen and balcony, friendly & helpful staff, well-provided kitchen and laundry. the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the central location was also a major plus, allowing easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The bedroom 1 mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise from traffic and nearby bars was quite noticeable, as there was no soundproofing in the apartment.

I recently stayed at Central Park Residence in Cyprus for a conference. The two-bedroom flat was amazing, with comfortable beds, modern kitchen appliances, and a stunning balcony with breathtaking views. The daily cleaning service and replacement of towels and toiletries made it feel like a hotel. The location was also great, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this place for its excellent amenities and top-notch service.

The communication with the reception was excellent, and they provided all the information we needed before we arrived. the friendly reception ladies arranged all the services we needed quickly, including taxis. the executive 3 bed apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, offering the perfect combination of a hotel suite and a modern apartment. We loved the small touches like the daily Guylian chocolate, fruit bowl, and complimentary wine. the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including Miele appliances and Nespresso capsules. the blackout shutters and individual AC in each room kept us comfortable.

The location was also great, with easy access to shops, cafes, and the old town. Cons: No complaints at all.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing too much trouble.

the balcony was huge and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. the staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful, providing excellent service. the apartment was well-maintained and clean, with daily cleaning services and luxurious Molton brown amenities. the fully equipped kitchen, use of sauna area, and access to Netflix and YouTube on the TV were added bonuses.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair 😊.

The apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and had a modern feel. The amazing view from the 19th floor was lovely. The comfortable furniture, perfect bathrooms, and overall joyous atmosphere made for a good experience. The location was excellent as well, with everything within easy walking distance.
